How Much Does It Cost Per Meal?

Now, if you are like me, you probably have most of the ingredients for the recipe. If so, this will be a cheap, delicious dinner for sure. The only thing I didn’t have for this recipe was the Tilapia; luckily, my local Winn-Dixie had fish on sale. I got two bags of fish for the price of one. I cannot beat that, especially when I love to fish. The total cost for both bags was $8.99; I will easily get four meals out of both bags, which comes out to $2.25 per meal.

My Verdict on Pan-Seared Lemon Tilapia with Parmesan Pasta

Overall, I would give this a 4 out of 5 stars. The Tilapia was amazing, had wonderful flavor, and was cooked perfectly. However, the pasta, the pasta was okay. Not the worst pasta I had, but not the best. It was kind of bland; I followed the recipe this time because I always wanted to see how it was before altering them. Next time, I will add a few more spices to spruce it up. Other than that, I will be making the recipe again. It only costs me $2.25 for a family of 2 to eat; I honestly cannot beat that.
